Return & Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

🎄 Holiday Extension: For orders placed between December 1, 2026, and January 1, 2027, the return window is extended to 24 days.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in New condition. This means the artwork must be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.

Return Method & Shipping Fees

All returns must be sent by mail. Please contact us at sales@houseofloveprints.co.uk to initiate your return and receive the return mailing address.

Return Shipping Label: It is the customer's responsibility to print and pay for the return shipping label. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
