2. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and designs featured on this website are the exclusive property of House Of Love Prints. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our original artwork without express written consent. Unauthorized commercial use of our imagery is strictly prohibited.
3. Products & Pricing
We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be entirely accurate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice.
4. Orders and Payments
By submitting an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. All transactions are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway (Stripe). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
5. Shipping & Production
Because of our commitment to gallery-grade quality, certain large-format prints (A2, A1, A0) are produced by our specialist partner studios and may carry extended lead times. Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall House Of Love Prints, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
